Return Policy

Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems, accessories, and computer hardware after 30 days.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
  • Any unsealed product(s) taken out of its plastic/shrink wrap.
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition.
  • Any product(s) that is/are damaged, played, or missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Unopened new merchandise may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Opened new merchandise may not be returned for full price, but can be traded in for store credit. Items that were bought as used may be returned within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned to manufacturer.

Repair Policy

A 30 day warranty is issued upon pickup of repaired item(s). This will cover parts and service on the item(s) repaired. Anything not specified in the Repair Notes will not be covered and may be repaired at an additional charge. Warranty is void if system is open or sticker is removed. Warranty will be void due to physical damage, liquid damage, and/or any problem that was not repaired by Gamers Ave. Some systems may be irreparable and Gamers Ave assumes no liability for irreparable systems.
